I've just started using Photoshop for about a month now, and so far, one of the biggest problems I've encountered is drawing trees. For start, there's the foliage which I can't seem to get it right. I want to make it feels semi-realistic or perhaps just looks like it has depths to it. But perhaps because of my technique and adding to the fact that I'm still pretty much a beginner in digital art, so my tree often ends up looking either 2D-ish or vector-like. Then there's the color dynamic. I've seen many people used them, but I still don't understand how it actually works and whether I'm using it right. Plus, I believe I'm yet to fully understand the capability of color dynamic. I would be glad if anyone can show me how to use color dynamic.
Bottom line, I need some help with the foliage, and I also want to know more about color dynamic so I can benefit it from drawing trees. Thank you
